Terms and Conditions for Mannat Tour N Travels

Welcome to Mannat Tour N Travels! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mannat Tour N Travels' Website and Services.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  1. Accuracy of Information: The user is responsible for providing accurate and complete information (names, dates, itinerary, and contact details) at the time of booking.
  2. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is made and you receive a confirmation email or message from Mannat Tour N Travels.
  3. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed with an advance payment.

2. Payment Policy

  1. Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment (usually 20-30% of the total package cost or a fixed amount for cabs) is required to confirm a booking.
  2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid as agreed upon at the time of booking, often upon arrival or before the service commencement.
  3. Taxes: All prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, Tolls, State Taxes) as specified in the booking invoice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to tourtravelmannat@gmail.com.

  1. Cab Services:
    • If cancelled 24 hours before pickup: 90% refund of the advance amount.
    • If cancelled within 24 hours of pickup: No refund on the advance amount.
  2. Tour Packages (e.g., Char Dham):
    • Cancellation 30 days or more before travel date: 70% refund of the total package cost.
    • Cancellation 15-29 days before travel date: 50% refund of the total package cost.
    • Cancellation less than 15 days before travel date: No refund.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

4. User Responsibilities

  1. Conduct: The user is expected to behave in a respectful manner with the driver and staff. Any misconduct may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
  2. Luggage: Luggage restrictions apply based on the vehicle type. The company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  3. Compliance: Users must comply with all government regulations, permits, and ID requirements (especially for restricted travel zones like Char Dham).

5. Vehicle and Service Details

  1. Vehicle Allocation: We reserve the right to substitute a confirmed vehicle with an equivalent or higher category vehicle in case of mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Driver Duty Hours: Drivers strictly adhere to RTO regulations regarding duty hours. Night driving restrictions may apply on certain hill roads.
  3. Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, road closures, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
